Campus with mixed property portfolio including listed buildings, >50 properties including teaching, concert hall, catering sports and accommodation. Range of plant including: BMS systems, HVAC, GSHP, PV, Solar thermal, refrigeration.

Objectives

Reduce energy use & spend across portfolio, specifically Cedars Hall (newly built). Reduce CO2 – a major student concern. Fulfill ESOS energy reporting obligations and assess potential for electrification of transport & maintenance fleet.

Installation of impHub into existing BMS systems, real time energy data to our cloud services/dashboards. Also, impHubs automate DSR control of HVAC systems in response to peak pricing. Completion of ESOS reporting. Defining and assisting in student & staff energy engagement program to promote positive change.
